locked after paying

I have the user name boolbo2000 on the warzone tower defense game extended,
everything was fine last night, but I started to play and all of my advanced weapons were locked!

who do I contact, to either get my money back or get the weapons back?

This issue is likely temporary and to do with Mochi services. I unfortunately cannot issue refunds as it i out of my control please contact support@mochimedia.com .

It seems it was temporary (or somebody fixed it and isn't admitting an error lol)
either way it's cool now...

I cant watch Glenn Beck in the afternoon without playing WTD!
its a ritual lol :D
